East Coast Hideaways: The story so far...
 
When we launched East Coast Hideaways, we knew we wanted to promote gorgeous, unique, inclusive holiday homes on the beautiful Norfolk and Suffolk coast, while providing a fully-managed, bespoke service that nobody else was offering. For both our guests and our owners, we wanted to be able to show something that’s completely different to what’s on offer elsewhere.

What makes us stand out?

It’s simple. We’re committed to handpicking properties that meet or exceed our high standards – they fulfil everything we’d want for our own holidays, providing comfort and cosiness in equal measure. We choose to work with owners who understand our ethos and who hold the same values as we do.  We, and our owners, understand that your holiday isn’t just for you – it’s for your entire family, whether that’s six children or four dogs, you’ll all be welcome and comfortable, knowing that the holiday homes have been picked and promoted with people like you in mind.

Where are we?

We have a coastal office in Bacton as well as bases in Norwich and Diss – but whether you’ll find us there is another matter. We spend a whole lot of time out of the office, visiting new potential properties, meeting up with our owners, and checking in on our holiday rentals before guests arrive to make sure they’re going to be nothing but utterly delighted on arrival.

We will always be driven to meet the needs of our guests and our owners, remaining flexible and always continuing to expand our inhouse team – never becoming complacent or taking our guests and owners for granted. We thrive on continuing to look for new and exciting ways to move forward and have so much more to come. We wouldn’t have achieved any of this without support from the owners, fantastic housekeeping and changeover staff, and newfound friends and allies spurring us on to succeed.
