Ducks in a Row provides outsourcing services to help businesses flourish.

Owner Clare Lucas is a Virtual Business Manager working alongside clients on the strategic direction of their business.  With 20+ careers experience, Clare started a virtual assistance business in 2020 and is now supported by an outstanding team at Ducks in a Row.

We allow businesses to effectively have an extra team member but without the additional associated payroll costs. We provide a range of bespoke services to free up their time, allowing them be more productive and proactive -  rather than having to react to everything that drops into their own inbox. We work the hours that business needs, working remotely.
