Product Developers design and create new products, as well as updating existing ones. They work with the research and development teams to keep up with trends and ensure that products are in demand. Sustainable and eco-friendly products have become a high priority for many clients in recent times and this is set to rise over the coming years. Product Developers will combine business skills with design and engineering to invent products that are in demand including Natural Hair Care products.
To get into this role you will normally need a Bachelor’s Degree in biology/biotech, chemistry, chemical engineering, materials science, cosmetic or natural sciences. Some organisations may require experience of working in a lab and of working with hair care products.
Expected salary range £33k - £54k
