Battery Test Engineers will provide testing services for battery pack systems for hybrid and electric vehicles. Testing will include performance, life cycle, durability, abuse, and environmental. The role will involve working in a team including design engineers and may involve working in a laboratory.
You will usually need a Bachelor's or higher degree in engineering or other technical subjects. Some employers will require experience in performing tests within a lab or workshop environment or working in the design and development of batteries.
Expected salary range £35k to £53k
